for that, there proper name is a core plug and they are just there to block off the holes left when the engine parts were cast. some engines have screw in plugs,aint no chance they will come out. it is a common myth that they are designed to pop out i have seen blocks crack before these plugs pop

Propalene glycol


propalene is very rare in vehicals now a days, and as far as i know, there is no special name for specfic car manufaturers extended life coolant.
