Could anyone point me in the right direction to figure out which one are the 5th and 6th port and there location on a s5 13b. Please and thank you

 

is the intake manifold on the car? or are you looking at a bare block? On the 2ndary intake runners, the 2 on the outside of the intake manifold, look at the intake manifold and where the aux port actuators are, those are the aux ports (5th,6th ports). Looking at a bare 6 port block. The 2 small intake holes on the outer irons are for your 2ndary intake runners. The top hole is your aux port.
