I have a horrible clutch in my car. It's my stocker that got rebuilt, and apparantly got stronger springs put on... what a peice of crap. The first one I put in I couldn't even get out of my driveway.. I took it out, threw it back at them, and they made another one.. still ****, but managable, only slips on a powershift if it's really really hot.
That clutch looks bad, but it looks like maybe you didn't get the flywheel resurfaced and stepped judging by those scores in the pucks...

I used a RAM 6 puck unsprung clutch on my 87 TII. On that car, I had an S5/60-1 hybrid turbo, FCON, etc running about 13 psi.
The first RAM I bought had their Kevlar pads. After about 200 miles it started slipping so much that I had trouble getting started. Sounds bad, right? It was MY FAULT! I put too much grease in with the pilot bearing, and it made its way out of the bearing hole, and onto the discs. Tbe grease had impregnated the kevlar, preventing it from gripping.
I took the disc back to them for evaluation. (Did I mention that RAM is located about 15 miles from my house). They explained to me what had happened, but they were cool about it. They offered to replace the pads for no cost, or upgrade them to sintered brass pads for $30.00. I upgraded.
Once I put the clutch on (not too much grease this time, thank you), it was great. I NEVER had a problem with it slipping. It lasted me about 8 mnths until I sold the car to a friend of mine. He just had to change out the clutch in November. Considering that I had sold him the car in November of 2001, we got almost 2 years out of that 6 puck!
There was NO problem with the flywheel, and the disc just showed normal wear patterns.
Personally, I agree with Bambam. . .perhaps you didn't resurface the flywheel. Sometimes, they're too bad to just go over them with a Scotchbrite pad, and you have to get them professionally done.

the flywheel was fine and I drove it hard but it should have been able to take it. the thing is it was slippin since day one. I gave it a break in off 400 miles first time I crack in to it starts slipping in third. well I am having no problems with my act now it is a disc clutch and it out grips the RAM anyday.
Oh I did about 45 passes on the drag strip with the ram. Summit said it could take it but I guess they were wrong.
