Why use premix?

As long as the oil injection system works why would you want to?

And if you did, what kind and how much?

Should you disable the stock OMP or run it as well?

It is safer. Usually racers do it.. and for racing you run 100:1, which will be safe for the street.. The stock OMP does from 400:1 to 200:1

Use 2 stroke oil...

A lot of guys disable the OMP and use premix. Since the oil in the sump is not needed for injection anymore, they can run synthetic oils.

Premix burns cleaner than dyno oil and leaves less carbon buildup and such.
