It looks like you're using that coupler on a bend?
Big no-no if you are...especially with that kinda boost levels you're running at.

I assume that I do not need to bother with the physics lesson due to the obvious results of your unintentional experiment, lol.

I bet it broke on the "hot" side of the intake prior to the intercooler?
I was told NEVER to use any couplings for ANY bends.
Always use bent pipes for all the bends, and always use straight couplings to connect the pipe sections.

OBX = ****
Always been and always will be.
Samco uses 3 ply, and OBX uses 5 ply on their hoses.
I wonder why they have more, probably because they think
it will somehow be alot more durable?
