clutch slippage is the most likely problem, depending on your milage and the last time u had it replaced or if its stock you might want to consitter replacing it, please search next time, this has been asked many times and there maybe a fast answer out there...

Possibly a glazed flywheel, bad engine/tranny/diff mounts.

check all your mounts. rear end, trans, and motor.

im guessing its your rear end mounts. i have had bad motor and trans mounts and it never shook the rear end.

like does it get worse with speed or is it only when you take off and then goes away or stays the same.

re

I had some vibration due to a bad driveshaft. But it wasn't a shake.

wheel hop is a suspension issue, shocks being the culprit most of the time.

He's right, your shocks are probably dead. (My other 7 does that.)

Bushings are also a huge wheel hop contributor and at the age our cars are, most are shot if they haven't been replaced. If it's just on launch, I'm inclined to say it's a problem with the diff.

I've been reading through your posts, and have made some observations:

1. You need a service manual. Either the Haynes or factory manual
2. You need to read the FAQ.
3. The search feature is in the upper right hand of the screen

The shaking is likely due to a worn out clutch assembly. They get glazed, and engagements becomes spotty. Another very common problem is a front diff mount, which you almost certainly have if you have made a habit of "dumping the clutch" and experiencing wheel hop.
