I have never been to the track to get a time slip but I know on top speed I can hit 6200 RPMs in 5th (147-148MPH) I would hope I don't have the fastest though. I will run the 1/4 at the rotary revolution, can't wait.

According to g-tech i ran a 14.8 on bald street tires, sp, rb headers, rotten rb mufflers and 2 passengers.... I don't know if i should trust the g-tech though. I'll go to the strip sometime this year and see....

G-tech- BAH
Sucks. according to that I was running 13's. Reason is the 7 has rear end squat, the off-level attitude defeats the G-tech devices.
Last time i was at the track I had some SERIOUS launching issues, and heat soak was a huge factor, tha car felt like a dog off the line. Ran high 14's, but was WAY over 90mph for the trap speed, indicatin the power was there, but tha launch wasn;'t. 60' was about 2.5 I think, but like i said, heat soak while waiting killed 1st gear.
Turbo'd now I'm in the 13's.

Totallyimmortal. Your 15.2 is DAMN good for only and intake and exhaust on an 86.
15.2 is still freakin slow though. Damn NA RX-7 guys. (lol.. just kidding.. ease off....) My van is faster.

10 seconds....and that's all that matters, not the morgage, not my garage, not my team and all they're bullshit...for those 10 seconds or less.......I'm free

i think mine probably runs a low 15, high 14, 88 base with intake, exhaust and sticky tires

Bring her on up to the Rotary Revolution, you can time her on the strip...then head over and see how she handles on the Autocross.

And you can see about 200 other rotary vehicles.

My buddy has a 78 Mazda 808 wagon with a large street port 13B that is carbed and yada yada, he ran 13.2 in the 1/4 mile up here. Elevation of the track is 2200ft above sea level. Its pretty damn quick!

Intake, man!
It was 100 degree day, and long line up. Makes a huge difference if the intake tract and all the intake air under the hood is about 150 degrees!! It doesnt cool down untill a good 5 seocnds into the run I'm sure.
10 degrees C=~1hp, So thats about a 20 hp loss for the launch and 1st gear.
