white smoke
Ok, so I let my 87 turboii sit for a few days
when i went to start it, it wouldnt start (the cranking sounded really weird)
anyways, somehow my mom got it started and it billowed enourmous clouds of white smoke (it smelled a little acrid, like burnt rubber, so i dont think its a coolant leak)
the smoke dissappeared after the car ran for about 30 seconds, and it drove fine, all the way up to redline
do you know what is causing this?

at first i thought it was a coolant leak, too, but its smoke from coolant supposed to be sweet smelling?
