Really depends on how much money you are willing to spend. If you want to do a top notch job then you would be replaceing all the belts, hoses, every gasket, thermostate, clutch, bearings, thats all I can come up with now.

I break Diff mounts

I'm doing the same exact thing except in around 3 weeks.
I am redoing all small hoses with silicon ones.
Replace Radiator hoses. Rad Caps, thermostats.
Porting wastegate on turbo
Rewrapping the wiring harness
Most gaskets redone due to stripping to short block for rebuild.
And possibly painting some parts.

- Replace Pulsation dampener or get a banjo bolt
- professional blueprint & cleaning of your injectors,
- NEW MOTOR & TRANNY MOUNTS to absorb vibration. Also check your differential mount's condition.
- Clean or replace all engine to body grounds including the 2 exhaust manifold grounds.
- clean or replace the battery terminals
- remove radiator & clean "rats nest" between oil cooler & radiator. You might even have grass growing in the radiator fins
- remove, clean, & flex-paint scrape guard / lower engine cover
- replace any cracked/broken wiring harness mounts/guides/organizers
- replace any broken throttle cable guides
- professionally flush radiator
- clean fuel pump & starter connectors, bolts, washers
- check the condition of your swabar rubber mounts, front A arm bushings, rear A arm bushings & pillowball boots
- check balljoint, tierod boots, and subframe tierod boots
that should get you started.
