There are a few of those in the engine compartment, i've never even been able to figure out what they are... there's one underneath one of the bolts that hold on the slave cylinder, and one up benind the driver side wheel well somewhere- thats all i can think of off the top of my head. BTW if anyboday actually knows what they are, i'd be interested to know.

IIRC That goes on the slave cylinder, It's for the gauges, It's kinda a buffer to keep them from moving too quickly. hook er back up.

if i remember right, it was on a bolt on the tranny.

see if u can trace down that ground wire from your firewall to your tranny.
but from my memory, i saw that on the driver's side of the tranny somewhere.... i saw this when i removed the slave cylinder.... so it seems like it was somewhere around that area.... i see if i have time to take a picture for u

edit: haha, beat me to it....

if it reaches to the slave cylinder then bult it up to the slave. if not just ground it somwhere good. but like they said above it should bolt up to the slave cylinder

It bolts to the rear iron IIRC. It's a ground for your oil pressure gauge. I'm assuming that you're driving an NA...

Referring to your situation...

The metal tab on the condensor does get grounded., but the wire does not provide ground.

And the condensor is covered in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this, the 2nd gen RX-7 technical section.
