Where to wire in resistors for injectors?

I'm getting 720cc injectors for my 89' TII and I was wondering where the best place to wire in the 10ohm resistors is? Some people i've heard saying by the ECU, and some by the injectors. Either way, where exactly do they get wired in? Like by the ECU what wires are they? What kind of resistor should I be using?

I soldered mine into the 2 wires at the ECU because it keeps them away from heat and vibration. You have to look at the ECU pinout for your car (which is the same as mine). Factory service manual, fuel and emissions control system chapter, Section F2-8. I would post the picture for you but you wouldnt be able to make it out. Pins 3X and 3Z on the left plug at the ECU.

If you decide to wire in the resistors at the injectors it doesnt matter which of the 2 wires at each of the secondary injectors.

What I did was cut the sheathing around each injector that I needed to resistanate to make sure I'm doing the right wires then I sealed it back up and found those wires near the ECU and crimped and sodered them in.

P.S. It doesn't matter which wire you splice in, but I used the colored and it worked fine.

What kind of resistors should I be using? Well besides the fact that I need 10ohms.

No less than 10watt, you may even want to get 20watt.

I posted in one of your threads before. If you plan on getting the greddy 720s get rectangular injector plugs.

Ah, didn't notice you had listed it. People say the connectors were available at Autozone, but we dont have one around here, think they would have them at PepBoys?

10 watt 10 ohm.. Mine are installed by the ECU.. I DO NOT recommend you install them in the engine bay.
