where should i send my engine to get it streetported and fixed?

where should i send my engine to get it streetported and fixed?
its official. as of yesterday morning my coolent seal went in my 88 NA.
ironically i just hit 100000 miles three days ago.
i was wondering if anybody knew any legit shops i could send the engine (or the whole car) to have it fixed and street ported somewhere in the states near ny.
im willing to go to another state for the job.
i know theres a shop in Pensylvania but i cant remember the name.
any help is appreciated
