Where does this hose go to?

Hello all I am putting my engine back into my car after a recent rebuild and was wondering where the hose in the following pictures below goes to.

The hose comes off the lower intake manifold on the firewall side. The hose is pretty short so I assume it doesn't go too far away.

Any help would be appreciated.

looks to be the split air pipe hose. It should be pointed downward towards the ground and hooked to a pipe.

It is not a heater hose as the pass side one is connected. He is missing the low side A/C line however

I am pretty sure it is not a heater hose, but where would the split air pipe go to?

I don't see anything else in the engine bay where this would hook up to, as far as A/C it has been removed from the car by the previous owner, so I am not concerned about that.

Would it be ok to block off this hose? Or just leave it alone and tuck it behind the heater hose?

Split air hose. You can remove it and cap the large nipple on the LIM off if your air pump has been removed. If the air pump is still there, you can leave it open to the air. Some air will pass through it under certain driving conditions.
