Where can i get a single oil turbo seal

the oil seal for my turbo on the cold side went bad. the one with the spring and rubber peice that has a metal outside that keeps oil out of the housing. I was wondering where i can get this peice indivdually. I dont want to buy a whole rebuild kit. the turbo is fine minus this one seal. anyone have any ideas? thanx
