Where to buy aftermarket stock Rear Fenders?
#6
Mazda offers them In two versions...
With the first, you get the wheel wheel stretched to the rear Bumper. The second one span out In It's entirety- from the Door frame to the rear Bumper.
So yes, they can be had new. There has to be an aftermarket catering to the rears.
*Update*
I was able to track down new front Bumpers for $80can, as opposed to $120can retail. They are aftermarket and they meet all the standards that Mazda has - except they are not OEM. Further, the manufacturer has salt tested them for many hours. Anyway, he cannot get them for the rear.

You do realize that getting someone to cut out and install a new rear fender will cost about one left nut and your right hand? How bad is the damage to your's? Is it the same problem I've heard a few others here have with rusting around the wheel well? I have the rear edge of my passenger side rear wheel well slowly rusting through and an ex-body-man and good friend of mine suggested a piece cut and weld. he real problem is finding the cause that it rusted out in the first place. The exterior paint was fine, so water/salt/crud must have gotten in there from somewhere?
