wheels (weight and size)

I'm thinking about getting a set of wheels, but I don't know which. I wont get a set of wheels that don't look good on my car, but it is manditory that they are moderately lighter than stock. what are some good wheels (that aren't tons of cash) that would look good on an silver FC? I'm a fan of deep dish with a polished lip, and gunmetal, but I am open to other wheels. and I don't want wheels that everyone else has.

I like the ADR Stage II's.

Available in gunmetal/metallic black, has a nice lip, deep dish. An 18 inch wheel weighs 17 pounds. I'd imagine a 17 would weigh 16.5 or thereabouts.

Honestly I have no idea. All I know is that those are the wheels I want, as soon as I save up enough cash and get my car back. (long story, that I dont want to relate)

Give them a call, or email them. this is what the FAQ says about pricing: "Just Tell us where you live and we will direct you to the nearest dealer. They will be available to quote you a retail price."

Email addy: sales@adrwheels.com
Phone #: (510) 780-9800

Normal bussiness hours, Pacific time. Hope that helps

Kosei also makes an knockoff wheel thats identical to the Stage II called the RT Penta. Those might be cheaper.... I might be mistaken and its ADR thats the knockoff... but I dont think so.

wow, u sure its that light for just an 18 inch wheel? i don't think a Volk TE-37 weighs that little (or the same) in 18 inch form.

I take that back. 18.5 pounds for an 18 inch wheel. This is according to Import Tuner's wheel guide... and its the weight for the RT Penta (Kosei knockoff, as near as I can tell, they look identical except for some detail in the hub area), but its certainly possible. Might be a typo, but IT is usually pretty good about that kind of thing, in my opinion.

Ask ADR, they should know how much their wheels weigh
