wheel Studs

Im trying to find out what are the specs on a 88 wheel stud. I need to know this because i need to find studs that will fit but be 1/4-1/2inch longer for a wheel adjustment. Ive looked all through my Haynes manual as awell as the http://www.cochran-racing.com/FSM/s4/index.html
and i still cant find it.

Try the ARP wheel studs, i think its arp100-7708

They fit PERFECTLY and are longer than stock, especially in the rear.

I don't know exactly, they aren't very much longer in the front (1/2" maybe), but are alot longer in the rear (maybe up to an inch).

how did you guys get the camaro studs in the rear? theres barely enough room between the hub and the spindle for oem studs.

I dunno, I had mine put in by the mechanics while the rear hubs were off to get the rear wheel bearings replaced.

there is plenty of room to replace the rear studs if you are also replacing the wheel bearings.

otherwise it might not be possible, I dunno...

hmm its sounding like the hubs have to come off, which ive heard destroys the bearings. oh well- new bearing never hurt i guess
