Question whats your opinion: t04s with 720s and rtek 1.7

well...there you go. Mods include but are not limited to: FD fuel pump, SAFC, rtek 1.7, 10mm wires, boost controller, intake, RB 3 inch turbo back,

i would run like 10 psi with around 11.5 AFR at WOT.

uhhh its a s4 and i will be doing this with a rebuild, and larger turbo manifold...i know its been done, but just wanted to get your thoughts

*steve*

and of course, tuned with a wideband

Well, I don't know too much about turbo's, but I wouldn't go with the 720's for your setup. Going bigger is always better when it comes to an aftermarket turbo setup, simply because it will give you necessary head-room. I would consider 1000cc's and above. I know there are some injectors that fit into the stock fuel-rail, you'll just have to search.

Another thing to contimplate would be taking the 'big step' and upgrading to a full EMS. If you know anything, cutting corners will only come back to get you in the end.

The FD fuel pump should also be upgraded.

Not recommended...
Not enough fuel injector capacity...
The TS04 is good for 400hp at the wheels.

I am running a T04E-60 (at only 9psi), Rtek 1.7, SAFC2, & RC Engineering 750's with a very aggressive street port and getting 295 hp at the rear wheels. So far the motor remains unexploded (knocks wood).

It hasn't been kind to the tires though, I am still running the stock size (not for long).
It's kind of like a cartoon car now... all that power and no hope in hell of putting it all down.

750's in the secondaries or 4 x 750?
750's in the secondaries is not enough fuel injector capacity to support your power levels.

i believe it was your thread that i was reading... where i got this idea, i mean if i did this set up i wouldnt be making any big power 270 tops so like, thats not much more that what im making now....i just need a new turbo cuz the crapy s4 one that i have, has a crack in it. so i would be running stock boost, so there wouldnt be much more stress the 720s that are already in there right now. so its either this, or buy a s5 turbo thats used and replace is 40k down the line.....i have been contemplating just buy the s5 turbo off one of you guys from the forum, but i just dont know....
