And what are these bead looking things that are disconnected?

What year is the car? what model? And for god sakes what are we looking at? the door? Not much info.. looks to be part of the Auto lock alarm system. If thats the GXL?

the wire sorta looks cut.. But i cant tell. Looks stock. If the locking system is not working correctly then maybe thats what that wire is for. Its a GXL. So when you push the lock down it should also lock the passenger side door. AND set the "FACTORY" Alarm if it still works.

From: Behind a workbench, repairing FC Electronics.
The beads are part of the power window regulator.
Plug in the window switch and run the window up and down. Watch how the beads work as a chain. The motor is attached to a wheel with holes in it. The holes grab the beads and pull them up or down. I believe they should be going through that tube though.

That wire is cut for sure, Ill look but Im pretty sure I didn't see anywhere for it to go. And till today the pass side lock and door handle were not working I fixed them so mabye it will lock them both now.

the tube was just yanked off of the regulator, should go back on easy enough. the beads roll up in the tube to keep dirt and crap off the regulator mechanism. blue wire is for the window motor, just a different color than other models because mazda likes to throw you off like that.
