What's up with the verts?

Well...I'm looking to either trade my bikes for a project RX7 or my Porsche for a nice S5, so I've been hitting up autotrader and ebay a lot lately. I can't help but to notice the MASSIVE number of verts for sale, especially on ebay. All but like 3 or 4 of the FC's on ebay are verts.

What's up with this? Are they not cool anymore? I know one thing, I could pick up a vert real cheap.

Some of the stuff on the vert is just too expensive. Or so I've heard. I guess people cant put up w/ them. Bot saying there bad cars, I'd love to have one.

Whats up with the 'vert?

Easy! It rules!

I drive with the TOP DOWN in winter and the heat blasting!!!

Exept on the COLDEST days here. And for that, I plan to bridgeport my AIR DUCTS!!! HA! Maybe look into getting a better heater core out of a junkyard or something. Upgrade the fan (Thats all WAYY down the road mod-wise for me, if ever)

Ebay usually has about 60 RX7's (all 3 gen's) for sale at any time, 5 to 10 are usually vert's.

I'd love to have a vert. But not until I have a spare TII or RE long block to swap in.

If you live in FL, you get smart and buy a nice S5 'vert for a good price from some place up north, like Chicago.. just as it's getting cold to them, it gets a little chilly here.

I have a vert but it's blown now... I'm doing the T2 conversion though (once I get some money) I loved that thing. And I will love it when she is alive again with Forced Injection

Verts are the ****...I loved my '88 when it was running. It wasn't as fast as coupe would've been with the same mods but it definitly wasn't slow. I see a lot of 'em here in Cinci.
