Hey i've got an 89 GTUs with 152k miles. Car has run great for the last 5 years. Just recently it has given me trouble starting, so I changed the spark plugs and now it idles at about 500 rpm (was always 750 rock solid) and my check engine light comes on intermittently. It pulls strong above 1500 rpm's. It is also hard to get started now. Do I have my wires crossed or does anyone have any other ideas?

 

I'd say it's about time for a compression check, then we'll take it from there...
