Question about wastegate dump

Right now I'm routing my HKS GT Wastegate through a 2.5" dumptube but its really loud. If I was to route it through my RB 3" Turboback how much WHP would I lose?

Also, it wouldnt effect spool any would it?

I'm currently running a T66 sized turbo at around 15psi, soon will be doing around 22-23psi.

Loss would be minimal...in fact, if you do it "right", there's a chance you could pick up power...
