Arrow Whats up with this engine (see pics)

I found this for sale on ebay a while back. I have never seen anything like this before, the manifold is odd and its distributed. The oil system isnt stock either, maybe for a sump?

JUst wondering if anyone knows anything about this motor or the setup its using.

thats pretty crazy looking, my best guess is its a carburated blow-through turbo setup. but i really have no idea...

maybe post the link to the page, it doesn't say ANYTHING about the motor?

I'm pretty sure it has to do with propane.

Edit... This is what Pele said on the same set up..

Also no CAS and a custom oil filtration setup... I think someone was trying to build a standby generator or something.

The ebay add didnt say anything just that it was a 13b rotary engine, the propane idea looks probable, I didnt even remember seeing that thread, oops.
