Has anyone had fitment issues with this combo before? I dropped my car off with my exhaust guys and they were freaking out. They hate aftermarket headers, they say they never fit.

 

The RB header isn't made to bolt up to a stock cat (Or a stock-length replacement like the Bonez). They are intentionally made shorter so that you have to use their cat replacement pipe/resonator thingy.

 

I think that it is only short by 4 inches..If the Shop can't Figure out something,then they aren't that Good of a Shop.

 

Actually the RB header and Bonez cat combo is supposed to be the same length as the original manifold, precat, cat setup. Everything fit fine, now I have the header the cat and 2.5" piping all the way through. They said that header fit better than almost every one they've put on a variety of cars and from a variety of different manufacturers. Just goes to show that RB cares. I've never gotten a part from them I wasn't happy with (except maybe the price). My car pulls hard now and I am in heaven, my exhaust leak was driving me insane
