but it dosen't smoke at idol it starts pooring out blue smoke at around 2.8-3000 rpms whether its in nuetural r in gear
(i can literaly cover the car behind me in smoke if i floor it and they try to keep up)anyone know y it does this r if it spoose to do this??

Oil Seal just said byebye. It sucks, I know. Talk to Atkins about a rebuild kit. $560 for mine, with 2pc. Apexes, and everything else assosciated.

but someone told the harder u drive the car the more oil u will burn is this true cuse if so it might explain some of the smoke and oil comsumpsion cause i put about 80- 100 miles a day on it going back and forth to school and i am a lead footer
so setting the cruse at 110mph is like normal for me cause of the open roads over here

Listen to them man. Sure rotaries burn oil naturally but nothing like that, you'd only see normail oil burn when you first start it up. Rebuild time.

I'm getting a lot of blue smoke coming from my back wheel wells when I'm not moving. My tires like to spin a lot.

Well that depends on you man. I really can't tell you the answer. However, you have to think about it. What kind of car could you afford with $4500? I doubt you'd be able to get anything in good condition that would perform as well as your 7. Also, if you rebuilt the engine and replaced the clutch you'd have the assurance that it'd be running for a good long while. Then again, its probably going to run you a couple grand to do that, unless you do it yourself. If I were in your shoes, I'd stick with the 7, but of course I'd be rebuilding it myself.

4500 !?!?! Sell the ****!
here is how I see it :
A: It's a Vert... (in MY oppinion I don't like ragtops.. Please no flaming me
B: The blue book is quite lower than 4500 I'm sure.. And your engine IS shot..
C: Grab yourself a 1000 dollar Taurus to drive to school in or whatever.. and save up just a little more and buy a new N/A or even a TII that you can have fun with

Does it burn oil even when the car is warm ?
I had 136k original miles on mine and it would burn oil BIGTIME if the car wasn't warm.. otherwise when it was warm it would only burn oil at hard shifts..

4500 is a steal.. especially for a bad engine haha
