Question Whats the true recipe for power?

This question came to my mind while at the tracks this weekend. I saw a yellow FD run a best time of 10.98 at the strip. His mods included a striped 13b-rew, a gigantic turbo he said it was a Greddy T88, the biggest FMIC ive ever seen the piping was like 3" in diameter. I saw a laptop sitting on his seat so i assume hes running some form of stand alone, and his exaust was Greddy im pretty sure and it at least 3" all the way back, then finally he must have had upgraded injectors. This is just a basic quick guess after looking at his engine bay.
Anyways what im trying to figure out is the best way to get the most power out of an Rx7. I mean if you could make a list of things to mod that would get yourself to lets say 10's what would they be? For example lets say maybe a rebuild with a nice street port and tougher apex seals then intake/exaust, standalone ECU, bigger turbo, FMIC, more fuel, No accesories, and ugraded Ignition system...Im just talking about mods for the engine we can exclude the drivetrain for now its too much to cover at once.

You'd probably need a bridge or peri port to make enough power to run 10s.

no you don't, without the use of turbo then yes n/a would need bridge or peripheral port, with turbo hell no! especiially with a t88, those suckers be huge, all you need for a FD to hit 10s is 460-480hp, depending how light you are!

T88 @ 15PSI = 450HP or so (give or take a bit)

of course you would need a standalone, stock RX-7 esp FD can handle alot of boost out of the box, but this guy prolly have a street port motor, stock apex seals can handle alot of abuse too FD engine can handle alot.

prolly have a ignition amp system, 850 primaries and 1600cc secondaries, turbo, wastegate, manifold, intercooler, upgraded oil system, bigger raidiator, fuel pressure regulator, etc

Well, first, you kill all of your enemies, but make sure you don't take the blame.

Then you slowly build an army and persuading the people to back you. Once you get some real mil-spec weapon's your on the road to ultimate power.

If you can get your hands on a nuke, you're all set. But make sure you're iron fi...

OHH!! you mean in the RX-7!! Pfft, I dunno! I have an N/A!

HAHA funny
Yeah so what im starting to realize then that the base of having true power and the bulk of the hp comes from a right turbo. Am i right or wrong? If this is true then i want to know how come you can use a T60 which is a smaller turbo than the incredible T88 on an FC and run as fast as a FD could that uses a T88? Has anyone ran a T88 before on a FC? That would be interesting...

Actually, I think:
Power = Work + Money / Time

But that's just my opinion.

Compress some air, add some fuel, compress the mix, ignite.

If your Flux Capacitor is broke, try a JATO bottle.

Well, For REAL ULTIMATE POWER. You need to be a ninja.
I mean those guys are SICK! I heard one ninja killed a whole town cause he didn't like the color of a house! They have real power! They can just flip out and kill people!

That's REAL ULTIMATE POWER!

I have a N/A so I don't know what power is. I barely beat civics(not a joke,I really do. Sometimes even lose!)
