Question whats going on with my T2¿¿¿ exhaust leak::::::::::

whats going on with my T2¿¿¿

k i had taken the exhaust manifold off to port the waistgate, match ported the 2 openings that meet the housings and cancled out the exhaust actuator door and pump. put in all new gaskets for the coolent lines beside the gasket the goes between the ex-manifold and motor.

now heres the thing. start her up and WOW loud VERY loud:::: i have a bad exhaust leak but the bolts are on as tight as i can get them. but i go under there while it was running and i can see a bluish light between the motor and the manifold. i reused the gasket for the manifold and motor. now im starting to wounder if thats where i made the mistake. the gasket looks grate tho one side still shiny and theres now a crack anywhere on it. i pulled every thing off thinking the gasket was on backwards and it did the same thing but this time smoked like hell. im going to pull it off for the 3rd time and flip it back around.

where am i making my mistakes that i cant see?

can they be used twice?

could the exhaust manifold been worped and twisted after i pulled it off?

another thing i noticed with pulling the turbo internails out to port the housing is that the compressor wheel sounds like its rubbing the compressor. i stink im going to send it out to majesticturbo.com and have them put new bearings and put it back together for me.

would anybody have any kinda #'s on what it cost for a turbo rebuild?

my problem was stupidity on my part. there washers that i forgot to take off before i put the gasket on so it left that space. that was after i had the manifold machined and all
