it all depends on the care taken to the turbo and the engine you boost all the time turbo will lsat shortly, take care and have a light foot, change oil often, make sure never low, I belive a s4 or s5 turbo could last 120k+ miles with the right care...

So almost as much as a TII Motor than? Or would you say the Motor tends to outlive the Turbo?

Turbo life has nothing to do with how often you boost.

It mainly depends on how you take care of it. Oil changes every 2500 miles and proper cooldowns (get a turbo timer) will help assure long turbo life (~100,000 miles). If you abuse the turbo (no oil changes, no cooldown, crazy amounts of boost) then life will be short.

well i bought my car for one thousand bucks and my milage reads just over 120k and im looking at about 7 psi with slight mods..
constant oil changes and low boost keep the factory turbo running...well like factory.
my cars pulls strong
and as far as i can tell no problems!

Lookin' to buy a TII or 13BT?

Small amounts of oil in the IC are normal. Excessive (dripping) indicates bad seal on the compressor.

Turbo Rotary of the damned Is being contemplated right now. Go Turbo or Nitrous, as Intended...originally. Regardless, I want more.
