wat the ratio on the rear end ??? mine is 3.727... man I swear I have clutch type LSD

from looking at my shop manual, I share the same transmision ration as the 87-91 Turbo models, I find that kinda odd, that Mazda would put the turbo tranny in my 929 opposed to the N/A model, so I wonder if that helps with the arrgument that I have LSD...

 

maybe it isn't the same tranny...could be just the same ratios.

one way to find out if you have a LSD. Rev her up and dump the clutch...if both tires are spinning, you have LSD. congrats.

 

Not the most accurate way to discern.

The stock gear ratios are as follow:

3.9-automatic trans equipped cars
4.1- 5-spd trans equipped cars
4.33- GTUs model only

 

proven over and over not to be an accurate way to determin if you have a LSD.
