is it a complete motor ( all manifolds, turbos, pulleys, flywheel, plugs and loom and ecu)? if so you would need engine mounts made to suit

you need new motor mounts specific to the RE,to install it into the FC,and of course you may as well go standalone.
So if you think it is plop in and go,,it isn't!

A friend and I dropped a 13bre in a shell in one night and drove it in the morning so it's basically an easy swap.

Just out of curiosity, how did you pick 450 HP as your goal?
In fact, why is a specific horsepower level even important?

oh i just saw the 450 RWHP bit. if it was me i would be sending whatever engine I picked to have it pulled apart, dowelled, (maybe upgraded bearings and e-shaft), and have a half or full bridge in (dont flame me if a extend will be sufficient, just suggest it) and do a pretty serious rebuild. but thats just me and my paranoia. and you gonna want a fairly serious single huffer, fuel set up and ecu. and all supporting mods like cooling (intercooler, radiator etc) upgraded brake system because when you go faster you gotta be able to stop fast too. suspension blah blah blah.
