Thumbs up whats the best plugs?

just looking to see what you guys recomend or use your self for spark plugs on your fc also what wires are nice

its a 88 n/a engine with racing beat header and full exhuast the engine also only has 13,000 orignal miles

Dont matter. NGK, MSD, Magnacore....
just dont buy the ones with the resistors built in. I cant remember which brand that is.
