What would you say this car is worth?

Before I go any further, yes I have researched the price myself as much as possible. But since I'm not as experienced in RX7s I figured I'd ask you guys.

This is a copy of the description of it:

"1987 RX7 turbo 2. The engine is a recently replaced crate motor, it has aproxamatly 30k miles on it- runs awsome and has plenty of power. The drive shaft is in great shape. The rear end is a clutch pack LSD and works good. This car slides awsome. It is lowered with mookie MK1 coilovers. On brand new kyb agx shocks. Adjustable gas tension. Rides stiff and Handles like a track car. It has front and rear upper strut braces. And 18in MSR wheels. The front tires are like new 225 40r 18 falken azenis rt615. The rear tires are kuhmo 225 40r 18. which have ben burned but still have a lot of life left in them. The front signal lights are clear and I have put the JDM kookie tail lights in. The interior has ben striped of the rear interior the front is all intact with the carpet. Engine upgrades are as Turbo xs manual boost controler. Cold air intake W/filter, walboro 255 fuel pump. Racing beat fuel cut defender, Hks ssqv blow off valve. 3in turbo back exhaust, and a koyo radiator. This car is reliable. For a daily driver or a track car. I have drift raced it once and it had what it takes. And it also Could be used for road course. It has been painted flat black. It was a quick paint so its not perfect but it definatly turns some heads. It has 1 small dent on the hood. One on the right rear quarter pannel, An easy fix. Passinger side window switch does not work but both windows work from the drivers side."

The paint could definitely use a new paint job, I didn't see any rust on the photos though.

*edit*

Forgot to add the rest of the car has 106422 miles on it. And obviously, is a manual. It has sunroof, CD player, and power windows.

What I'm getting at is, what would be a fair price for it. Someone can bid however much they want for a car, doesn't meant it's actually /worth/ that much.

He's saying "turns some heads" as if it's a good thing in this case.

Carpet in the back needs replacing (I can do that). Passenger side window controls need replacing, they don't work. Both windows work from the driver's side though. (not an immediate thing but an annoyance). And the interior looks like it could use a bit of work.
