What would it run?

1991 Turbo II

Blitz cat-back the rest mandrel bent (so full piping), intake, and a "street" port, what would be the HP numbers and the 1/4 on this very mild FC?

what boost numbers? FCD? What size exhaust tubing?

This is going to depend on the driver, but anywhere from low/mid 13s to low 14s

Considering you have no fuel management Im going to say you get a boost spike in 2nd gear and blow the motor. So high 15s @45mph.
