what would i need to install spoiler

what would i need to install the spoiler? would i need to drill holes? what bolts do i need?

It depends on the spoiler, you will most likely need masking tape, a marker, a drill and drill bits, a measuring device.

naww.. just a drill and a couple bolts... ricer man, its all good.


Not so rice:
drill, bolts, bondo, sand paper, primer, paint.

are u sure u dont wnat the 10ft aluminum wing? give yer car wings!

yeah pretty much drill holes where its posta go, make sure u use some sort of like rubber oring or somethin to make sure the holes dont leak water into your car.

just take a few matching bolts to the harware store and get some rubber sealing washers (conical washers with black sealant on one side) and some nuts. place the wing over your antenna and center it on both sides around the edges of the rear hatch glass being careful not to scratch the paint and mark the locations of the studs. use a center punch to mark the holes to be drilled out and then drill them out carefully, remove the interior trim from the hatch area to access the bottom of the back hatch area, use some touch up paint on the drilled areas to keep the body from rusting and let it dry, place the spoiler on and place the washers and nuts inside the body from the hatch area and tighten them down.

you can make a tamplate and mark the holes rather than setting the spoiler up on the back of the car but i did mine this way and had 0 problems and it was centered perfect but you have to be careful of the antenna placement or you will be screwed.
