What are the wires for on the tranny?

I never really thought about it, but as i was finally putting in the right tranny mount, I saw a whole bunch of connections on the tranny that I haven't connected yet. What are they for? not the speedo cable put the other 5 or so...

I know of two. The backup lights & the neutral switch (so you don't start in gear)
I think the ECU reads the 5th gear switch.

You got a backup switch. A Speedo cable, 5th gear switch (for the cruise control and other stuff) and a neutral switch.

ECU reads the Neutral Switch for the famous 3k start up too...
