What is it? What does it do?

On the passenger side engine bay. Between strut tower and headlight. It is a relay and another electronic piece with heat sinks and has metal shield. It also has a round plug attached to inside of shield.

I'm trying to do.a semi wire tuck. And clean up engine bay. Any info on this relay etc. Would be appreciated.

It is either the solenoid resistor pack or the fuel pump resistor and relay.

Year and model?

either way you can get rid of it since you're running aftermarket injectors and the haltech. the fuel pump should be rewired even if it is the fuel pump 2 step relay, on the stock series 4 if it is the resistor pack it was for the low impedence 86-87 injectors..

Yes... It is the "injector resistor". It is for the low impedance fuel injectors that came in quite a few of the series four cars. (As Karack had stated earlier.)

Got another thing. Its 2 of the relays that go in front bumper area.

The piture is of the relays and the 2 plugs/connectors im trying to eliminate. They end up being connected to these relays. THe connectors go to the air dam area, where the horns and original condencer e.fan was located.

There are 6 relays together. these should be the only 2 round ones. If someone can confirm rotary evolution, that would be great.
