what viscosity gear oil to use? tuneup on my 86 fc :]

ok guys i'm pretty sure you're all saying "this has been covered a million times" and its probably has. be it my noobiness or my poor searching skills, i haven't found a direct answer on which gear oil viscosity to use. i'm probably gonna go with royal purple but i don't know which viscosity to use. i know the manual says 80w-90 but my local auto store only carries 75w-90 rp which seems to be the most common. i live in southern california so the coldest it ever gets is probably 50 F in the cold winters otherwise the temperature is almost always 70 F +. finally can i use this same fluid for the rear axel lube? thanks alot i look forward to being in the rx7 community!

I cant imagine the Royal Purple 75W-90 would be a bad choice.

The information is in the FSM.
I think it's even in the owners manual?
