what vaccum do you have to have

Ok, I am hooking up my new motor and I eliminated just about everyhthing that i did not need for it to run. The only vaccum line I can tell that I need still is the one that operates my fuel pressure return valve. I hooked it back up. I have eliminated my EGR valve, ACV, cold start system, cruise control, AC, and Power steering. I hooked up my pressure sensor and one other sensor under teh BAC that I do not know what it does. I think I am covered but figured I would ask first. Oh, what is the easiest way make sure that your engine is installed straight. It sits at a slight angle side to side right now.

Loosen the nut at the bottom of each mount and adjust the engine level i.e. jack, lift, push, shove.
