What to use to find vac leaks while engine running?

well My car is REALLY loud. It's got a RB downpipe and presilencer to Corksport catback. I can't really hear any vac leaks over that and a stock fan going.

I did put my compressor up to a vac nipple but most of the air just went out the air filter.

I did put my compressor up to a vac nipple but most of the air just went out the air filter.
You need to build an adapter for the inlet side of the AFM (where the filter connects). This is where you will connect the compressor air hose. Home depot has the stuff to do it. I think it's like a 2-1/2" rubber coupling, 2-1/2" end plug with a 1"x1/4" pipe bushing in it. Then screw the air hose end into the 1/4" bushing and turn up the air to about 5 psi.

Believe me this is by far the best way to find any leaks.

hmm maybe I'll try that.

Making some smoke woudl increase my ability to find that thing too.

I mean. I've replaced/checked everything so it has to be a vac leak.

I just hope it's not the LIM gasket.
