what type of gas needed?

whats the best kind of gas for a 1990 n/a rx7 ive her 87 is the best for rotary engines or am i wrong and its like any other car which means 91 would be best?

91 is not best for any other car unless it NEEDS it....high compression, timing ect. Do a search, some fellas beat this one into the ground a month ago or so.

Cars run best on the lowest octane required to prevent detonation. NA rotaries would probably be perfectly happy with 80 octane if you could find it, but 87 is what you should use.
