What tool to use for power steering bracket removal ?

What tool to use for power steering bracket removal ?

The passenger side is straightforward.
The driver side bolts, however, only have a small amount of clearance between them and the oil pan.

Will a traditional ratchet and socket fit in there?
Has anyone found something better than this to use?

The trick.. As I recently found out... You just remove the bolts from the bottom, the nuts are tack-welded in place...
