what are these boxes for?

when i pulled my 88 rx apart i found a few boxes that i dont know what they do. maybe u guys could tell me with a few pics i took. well i guess maybe not, its not leting me, the pics are to big i guess. well anyways, one is a silver box next to the passanger side speaker right under the dash. another is a silver box with a green plug fitting, dont remember where it came from. and the third is a gold box with a white plug fitting and i think it came from the rear of the car. thanks.

The one silver box near the passenger's side speaker is an amplifier for the sound system. As for the other two... no idea.
