What suspension setting makes the back comeout predictable instead of snap?

It's funny, today I was thinking quite the opposite. I was wishing my TII had a greater tendancy to oversteer! Reason? Depending on the corner, understeer is too prevelent. I love it when the back end starts to come loose. Truth be told my TII is very neutral. I just like cars to be slightly less than neutral. Don't get me wrong, massive overstreer like that found in older porsche 911's isn't good.
