What are the specs of a TII scoop????
I am looking for a scoop to put on my aluminum hood that will basicly match the size of and shape of a TII hood scoop, I need to know what the length, width, and height is.

ahhh you can't do it... the whole hood is different... the scoop is only like 10" deep and then the whole hood is bulged up behind it.
why do you need a scoop? why don't you buy a turbo II hood? you could easily swap them. your N/A alum hood is probably worth more then a TII hood.

A Capri scoop is slightly larger, but probably cheaper and easier to get than a new or fabricated scoop.

I'm not sure what you want the scoop for, but note that a functional scoop is just going to soak your engine with bad weather, will not significantly cool your engine bay, and makes a bad air intake due to the vacuum over the hood at speed. I does look cool, though.
Sorry, I don't know the dimensions off hand, and my car is not with me right now. In my area, aluminum NA hoods in excellent condition (excellent paint, too) sell for up to $250, and aluminum TII hoods sell for up to $450, but the prices are less for hoods in worse condition. The steel hoods are about $50.
More useless trivia:
Some TII hoods were steel.
The TII hood scoop is offset from centerline.
