What size are these hoses?

What size are these hoses?
I assume the small hoses (green arrows) are coolant hoses to the turbo?? What size are they and where do you buy small hoses like this. I looked at Advance and Autozone and they dont have squat.

Those are the hoses for the wastegate actuator, I think they are 3/16".

If they are the same size as the emission hoses then they are 5/32.

So those are vacuum hoses? I saw rust around the area and assumed it was coolant. Thanks......
