What size secondary injectors are ok for BNR stage 3 @ 15lb?

What size secondary injectors are ok for BNR stage 3 @ 15lb?
I have 860 secondaries right now with a BNR stage 3, are they limiting?

assuming that the airflow is properly correct, a turbo sized to flow 15lbs at your engine's consumption will produce precisely the same power as another turbo that also flows 15 lbs at your engine's consumption.

Is the BNR stage 3 just the stock hotside housing and turbine wheel, with a 60 trim compressor and housing? Cause thats basically what i have and have the same question about fuel except im only running 7psi.
