The TII wheels are most likely lighter, but they're a bitch to clean.
The Mustang rims are also an inch wider.
For functionality - TII rims
For larger tires and ease of cleaning - Mustang.
Even though I voted for the Mustang rims, eventually you'll probably end up with some other wheels and the TII wheels I think would be easier to resell.
When I lived in Portland I told Derek at Corksport I had TII wheels to sell. They were gone the next day for $200. I probably could've gotten more...
So, in hindsight - TII rims.

Get the second ones!! Do you know how much lighter they are than the mustang rims?!?!?!?!?!?!
Don't mind me. It's just that everyone wants the trendy slender spoke five stars these days . . . ten years ago it was the round Prime look . . . ten years from now what will the prevailing rim fashion be? Probably gold chrome or some nasty finish like that.
Old Skool forever! Mesh rims all the way.
