I don't know ......You never know what's under the hood. I once saw a 89 4 runner run a blistering 12.8 sec. run. the only thing he admitted to was alot of Nitrous. That's all he claimed. that time is enough to spank alot of us.

they aren't really "ricers", but they are "*******" so i'll include them...where i live, i mostly get derelicts in Commodores trying to race me. big, tubby V6 or V8 "family" cars (what else r they good for?). they look like ****, yet those with the mental aberration of finding them attractive think they are driving 3000HP drag cars or something.

Oh yeah, and then there is the GOLD Sunfire GTR I have seen. It has duel exhaust.....cool......NOT.
Mostly the kind of people who try to race me arent even ricers. Minivans, SUV's, and people in family cars think that everytime i pull up at a light, im going to romp on it and cut them off or something, so what do they do? they take off as fast as they can, and i just calmly go from the line, cuz i dont care. but every little douchebag in his civic and integra tries to race me, but i stopped doing that a while ago, too many close calls.
hey at least i didnt start a tread of similar topics and get told off/

No one tries in my town. Last one i had i thought it was a douche kid in a pontiac, after i slammed it into second and saw what color it was, i noticed it was a newer v8 GTO....my little n/a kept up....but i couldn't tell over my exhaust if he was wide open or not
A convertible new edge mustang tried racing me last night. v6. I had my windows up and his were tinted so I couldnt see him, he just hung beside me for a good 30 seconds or so. Then I heard the auto downshift and he barely crept away. My wife and I had a good laugh!
