What power should I get at 10 PSI

Mods listed below, tuned with an SAFC for 10 psi. My guess is around 250-275 at the wheels?

That's probably a pretty good guess. I assume you're running stock ports?

Wow same setup that im running almost. I have a stage 3 bnr not tuned and i put down 300.
Stock ports, stock ecu.

Yea, stock ports, no motor work yet.
