Red face to keep or not to keep?

i am wondering if i should take out my A/c or not. it worked for awhile and then it warmed up and stopped blowing cold, but when it did work it slowed the car down and the car would hardly move. my only concern is the value of the car, if i wanted to sell it and it had working A/c it would be great. but doing the N/A turbo set up and installing alsorts of other aftermarket parts has hurt the value. i do live i south florida and it gets hot and A/c is nice to have but at this point i dont know if it is worth having. what should i do, i would like a secondy opinion on this i and leaning to ripping it out.

I'm all for AC removal for weight and engine load, but I also live in central PA.. if I were in south florida, there is NO WAY I'd remove my AC on a daily driver.

like 20lbs or so

good luck measuring any difference in a time slip after taking it out.....the biggest difference will be if your at a stop light sitting in a tempid car.......or at a stop light with the sunroof open, windows down, panting like a dog - lol

I would opt to keep it myself if I lived where you do.......deping of course on whats leaking - I have never priced a condensor for these cars since I have always ditched it, and the only 7 that I ever had working a/c on worked when I bought it.

edit: but if your going to need to drop 5 or 6 hundred into it to get it going I would get out the sawzall (of course don't actually remove that stuff with the sawzall)
